This system timestamps every activity related to resolving a service; every email, every phone call, every communication with vendors. It is all captured in the software database so that nothing falls through the cracks.

There are two ways to submit a Service Request to the OMNI HelpDesk. You can submit a Service Request via telephone by calling 888-541-0018. Alternatively, you can submit your request online by clicking here . Or look for the HelpDesk button on the Home Page of this website. You can also use this link to track the progress of your Service Request. When you submit your Service Request, be sure to give your email address. This way you will receive update via email. You will also receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey once the Service Request is resolved so that you can provide OMNI with feedback on your experience.
