New Association Directory |
|
Check it out! The new Association Directory is now Live! To learn how to register and get a tour of the features, Click Here to Watch a Video Overview. To register, simply click on the Register link under the login field in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
When you register, you will be asked to provide some basic contact information including your community address, name, phone number, and email address. All of this information is required to establish an account. However, you can opt to not publish your address, phone number and email address. If you do publish your information, it will only be visible to other registered residents. You will also have the option to list an alternative address, in case you live at another address part of the year and want neighbors to be able to reach you in the event of an emergency. You can also list another person on your account and you can indicate what your interests are. For example, card or running. This will facilitate hooking up with others that share your interests.
Why Register?
In addition to being able to communicate with others in your community, you can also opt in to receiving community announcements via email. Your OMNI representatives will be able to make you aware of association event, announcements, and community news. If every resident was registered, mailing costs for the community could be reduced or eliminate, because there is no postage for email! :)

Community Website Launched |
|
As you can see, we have a new community website that is packed with features. In order to better serve residents, OMNI offers websites to the communities it manages. The OMNI community websites are meant to facilitate communication between OMNI and residents. Many of the service requests made by OMNI residents can often be resolved through information available on the community website. For instance, securing copies of HOA documents or various HOA related forms.
This HOA website has several great features. On the front page you will find Local News Headlines, Local Weather Forecast, a list of the latest HOA Documents, links to Pool information, and an Event Calendar. You will also find links to a Frequently Asked Questions page, an OMNI Community Update Email and a quick link to the OMNI HelpDesk. There is also a great list of links to local websites on the Helpful Links page. |

The OMNI HelpDesk Advantage |
|
Question: What is the best way to handle HOA Issues?
Answer: Contact the OMNI HelpDesk. When you place a Service Request using the OMNI HelpDesk, the entire process of resolution is documented using OMNI's proprietary HelpDesk system. This system timestamps every activity related to resolving a service; every email, every phone call, every communication with vendors. It is all captured in the software database so that nothing falls through the cracks.
There are two ways to submit a Service Request to the OMNI HelpDesk. You can submit a Service Request via telephone by calling 888-541-0018. Alternatively, you can submit your request online by clicking here . Or look for the HelpDesk button on the Home Page of this website. You can also use this link to track the progress of your Service Request. When you submit your Service Request, be sure to give your email address. This way you will receive update via email. You will also receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey once the Service Request is resolved so that you can provide OMNI with feedback on your experience. |
